The Golden Jigger ("we," "us") provides private mixology and bar service for events in Los Angeles. This policy explains what information we collect on thegoldenjigger.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you use our estimate calculator or our forms, we collect what you choose to share:
- Your name, email and phone number
- Your preferred contact method
- Your event details, like date, time, guest count, location, zip code, event type and the services you're interested in
- Anything you write in a message
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our partners use cookies and similar tools to collect basic technical information. This includes your browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you got to our site.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your quote and plan your event
- To stay in touch about your booking
- To understand how people use our site so we can improve it
- To measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested in our services
Meta Pixel and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It helps us see which of our ads bring people to our site and to show our ads to people who have visited us. When you submit a form, some of your information (like your email or phone number) may be sent to Meta in a scrambled, unreadable form so Meta can match it to an account. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy.
You can manage the ads you see at facebook.com/adpreferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information for money. We only share it with companies that help us run our business:
- Netlify, which hosts our website and receives our form submissions
- Our email provider, which delivers our messages
- Meta, for the advertising purposes described above

How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and keep basic business records. After that we delete it.

If you live in California, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop using or sharing it for advertising

Age
Our services are for adults planning private events. Our website isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a minor has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website can promise complete security, so please don't send us sensitive details like payment card numbers through our forms.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
